This policy covers the Classic Rock and Beyond website (classicrockandbeyond.com) and the CRAB Publisher application — a private tool used by the show’s producer to publish new episodes. Classic Rock and Beyond (“CRAB,” “we,” “us”) is a community radio show on Voice of Vashon (KVSH-LP 101.9 FM), hosted by Drew and Doug Pine.

The website

classicrockandbeyond.com is a static website. There are no user accounts, and we do not collect personal information from visitors. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process limited technical data (such as IP addresses) to serve and protect the site. We do not sell or share visitor information.

The CRAB Publisher application

CRAB Publisher is a private automation used solely by the show’s producer to publish the show’s own episodes to the show’s own accounts — specifically:

Posting new episode links to the Classic Rock and Beyond Facebook Page, which we administer, and
Uploading episodes to the show’s Mixcloud account.

The application acts only on our own accounts and our own content. It does not collect, store, request, or share any personal data belonging to Facebook users, page visitors, or any other third parties. It does not access friends lists, messages, profiles, or any data beyond what is needed to publish our own posts to our own page.

Third-party services

Episodes are hosted on Mixcloud, and the show maintains a Facebook Page; those platforms operate under their own privacy policies. Links you follow to those services are subject to their terms.

Data deletion

Because CRAB Publisher does not collect or store personal data about users, there is no personal user data to delete. If you have any question or request regarding data, email us at [email protected] and we will respond.

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
